Integration Coaching

After peak experiences, truly embodying the lessons can be challenging. My integration coaching provides a compassionate and knowledgeable space to help you ground, process, and weave these insights into your everyday life. With a friendly and open approach, I offer practical tools and spiritual guidance, ensuring you not only understand your experiences but also successfully integrate them, leading to lasting transformation, clarity, and a more aligned path forward.

My story

In 2020, I began a three-year apprenticeship with Maestro Ricardo Amaringo deep in the Peruvian amazon. I worked with him as a facilitator, translator and later manager of his retreat center, Nihue Rao Centro Espiritual. There, I could see first hand the great power of traditional ceremony in the Shipibo tradition.

Working closely with Ricardo in this time gave me deep insight into the process of healing with plant medicine. I also spent many months on my personal apprenticeship with the plants through a traditional sama (master plant dieta).

Since leaving the jungle, I have returned to the UK to continue my apprenticeship with the ancestral medicine of these lands. This transition has been hugely challenging and incredibly rewarding, and the process of integration has opened me to an ever deepening understanding of healing and transformation. Now, I'm honored to share these insights and practices with you.
